Choose the document by the job it needs to do
Start with the outcome: setting basic single-member governance, recording a decision, listing existing owners, describing banking authority, recording a meeting or documenting a contribution. These are different tasks. A file with the right company name is not automatically the right document. Read each tool’s scope before entering details and use the dedicated guidance page to understand what the resulting PDF can and cannot record.
Prepare accurate company information
Use the exact legal name, correct formation state, actual principal-office details and a truthful document date. Have the governing agreement and supporting records available. Do not enter Social Security numbers, ITINs, passport numbers, bank-account details or passwords. The templates do not need those identifiers. For ownership schedules, reconcile member names and percentages with actual signed records before relying on the arithmetic check.
Preview before generating the file
Each tool first displays the proposed wording in the browser. Read the entire preview, including limits and signature spaces. If an entry is wrong, change it and generate a fresh preview before downloading. A PDF download does not sign the document, file anything with a government office or obtain a bank’s acceptance. Those steps depend on the company’s real approval process and any recipient’s requirements.
Understand the privacy boundary
The tools process field values locally in the browser and do not save those entries in a website account, database or browser-storage record. Downloading a PDF creates a file wherever the visitor chooses to save it. The visitor controls that file and any later sharing. Clear the fields when finished on a shared device, and remember that ordinary page and static-asset requests are separate from document-entry processing.
Know when to use specialized help
Multiple owners, negotiated investor rights, borrowing, transfers and complex transactions often require more than a general template. The tools deliberately avoid inventing those terms. Use the support link to describe the desired outcome without copying sensitive form data into the enquiry. A specialist can then assess the scope, identify missing information and explain whether a tailored document or qualified legal review is appropriate.
