USD pricing
U.S. service and formation amounts are priced in USD. UK formation and trademark packages are priced in GBP, with components itemized in pounds. For a combined USD payment estimate, GBP amounts are divided by the live GBP-per-USD reference rate; if that rate is unavailable we keep currencies separate. Formation packages separate the official filing and payment charges from Infinity Filer’s service fee, agent, address and phone items. When a processing charge is not published or verified, the estimate uses a disclosed 2.5% processing allowance on the itemized official subtotal. This allowance is not described as an official state tax. There is no blanket 4% state-fee uplift. Official charges depend on entity, filing and payment method.
Paying in PKR
PKR estimate = USD amount × displayed USD/PKR rate × 1.15. The 15% is Infinity Filer’s capped conversion charge to cover conversion and associated banking/tax costs. It is a company charge, not a claim that the government imposes a uniform 15% levy. It applies only to PKR payments.
Exchange-rate source
When you select a GBP service or choose PKR, your browser obtains the USD-based GBP and PKR reference rates from ExchangeRate-API, the source used by our previous site. We show its source date. If the request fails or the rate is stale, we ask you to confirm the PKR amount instead of inserting a default rate. A reference rate is an estimate, not a guaranteed bank settlement rate.
Direct payments and renewals
Government costs you pay directly to an agency are outside the amount paid to Infinity Filer. U.S. phone service is $30/year. Registered-agent and other renewals are separate after any included period; confirm their amount and term before purchase.

No payment is collected on this website. Your enquiry is reviewed and the payable amount is confirmed through the agreed service process. Quote-only items are not counted as zero and may change the complete amount.
