The package builder prepares an enquiry. It does not accept money, verify a transfer or issue an invoice. Payment instructions and the final amount are supplied through the agreed service process after the scope is confirmed.
Itemized charges
Service charges, official fees and selected extras are identified separately. Currency conversion is described on our payment policy page. Do not assume a government fee, a third-party subscription and our preparation work have the same refund treatment.
Cancellation requests
Contact admin@infinityfiler.com promptly if you want to stop or change requested work. We will explain the status of the work and the applicable cancellation/refund terms before proceeding. Do not assume that an agency filing can be withdrawn after submission.
Refund terms before payment
The applicable service-specific cancellation conditions, completed-work charges and treatment of paid third-party costs must be stated in the confirmed engagement before payment. No unconditional refund guarantee is made by this website. This does not limit any non-waivable rights that apply to the transaction.
Trademark one-refiling remedy
Eligible trademark applications include one refiling without another Infinity Filer processing fee. The client pays official and any attorney fees. Read the linked trademark guarantee terms before payment; registration decisions remain with the USPTO.
Questions about a payment
Keep your agreed scope and payment reference. Contact the team if a quoted amount or status is unclear. Do not transmit full payment-card information or account passwords by email or WhatsApp.
