Free use and no attribution
Infinity Filer grants users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to download, reproduce, edit, sign and use the documents generated by these tools for lawful personal and commercial business purposes, including preparing documents for a business or client you are authorized to assist. You may share the resulting documents with relevant owners, advisers, institutions and counterparties. No payment, subscription, account or attribution to Infinity Filer is required. You do not need to retain our name, logo or website notices in a generated document.
What the permission covers
This permission covers the generated document text and completed PDFs. It does not grant a right to use Infinity Filer trademarks, impersonate the provider, claim our endorsement or copy and redistribute the entire website or software as your own product. You remain responsible for rights in the information you enter. Use must not involve false records, unauthorized signatures, misleading ownership claims or unlawful activity.
Self-service documents, not legal representation
The tools automate document assembly from your entries. They do not provide an individualized legal opinion, verify your circumstances or create an attorney-client relationship. Infinity Filer does not act as your lawyer through these tools. The content is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer qualified in the relevant jurisdiction where your circumstances require it. No claim is made that a document is suitable for every company or state.
Draft and Final describe the output format
Draft mode adds DRAFT to every page. Final mode produces a clean, unbranded document for review and execution. Both are free. Choosing Final does not sign, certify, notarize, adopt or file the document, verify facts or establish legal effectiveness. It does not show that an attorney reviewed the document. Required consents, signatures, notices, quorum, voting procedures and filings remain separate responsibilities.
Match the tool to your company
Read the scope on the individual tool page. The operating agreement is limited to an existing, single-member, member-managed U.S. LLC owned by one individual; it is not designed for corporations, multiple members, entity owners, series LLCs or professional entities. The ownership register records existing ownership and does not transfer an interest. The banking resolution concerns ordinary deposit accounts and excludes borrowing and guarantees. Other tools record the actual decisions, meetings or contributions described by the user.
Accuracy, authority and review
Use accurate company details and real dates. Confirm your authority to prepare the record, identify the required decision-makers and review the complete wording. Compare it with the applicable law, accepted formation documents, operating agreement and any existing binding arrangement. Obtain all required approvals and signatures. A bank or other recipient may require its own form. Seek qualified advice for negotiated owner rights, transfers, investment, tax treatment, regulated activity, disputes or other matters beyond the stated scope.
No guarantee of an outcome
The tools are provided without a guarantee of completeness for your situation, enforceability, legal validity, tax result, government acceptance or third-party acceptance. Laws and requirements change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful information but cannot examine individual facts or ensure that a generated document satisfies every applicable requirement. Paid service guarantees elsewhere on this website do not apply to these free tools unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement.
Privacy and local processing
Company entries stay in page memory while you work. These tools do not upload them to a server, save them in a customer database or store them in browser storage. Ordinary page, script and font requests do not contain the field values. The downloaded PDF is controlled by you and is not automatically encrypted. Clear entries on shared devices and use an appropriate channel for any later sharing. General support links do not copy form entries into an enquiry. Hosting request logs and contact-channel handling are described in the privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
Tools may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Keep your own reviewed copies and do not rely on website availability to meet a deadline. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Filer is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, unauthorized use, failure to obtain required approvals or reliance outside the stated scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Describe the issue without attaching identity documents, account credentials or private company records to an initial enquiry. Any paid assistance or professional representation must be separately scoped and agreed. A website declaration alone cannot remove obligations imposed by applicable law.
