Use the existing governing records
Start with the signed operating agreement, admission documents and any completed ownership changes. List each current legal owner and the agreed percentage interest as of the record date. This tool checks arithmetic only. It cannot determine whether an interest was validly issued, transferred or subject to another agreement.
Percentage does not describe every right
Voting rights, profit allocations, distributions and capital accounts can differ from a simple percentage. The general register should not override those terms. Refer readers to the governing agreement and supporting records whenever different classes or special rights exist.
Updating the register
Prepare a new dated register after an approved ownership change has actually been completed. Preserve the previous version and the documents authorizing the change. Updating this PDF alone does not notify the IRS, a state, a bank or a merchant provider, and it does not transfer an interest.
Keep ownership information private
Members’ names and percentages may be commercially sensitive. The generator processes the entries locally, but you control the downloaded PDF and anyone you share it with. Do not add SSNs, ITINs, passport numbers or account credentials. Use an agreed secure channel if an institution requests supporting identification.
Draft or Final: choose the output you need
Draft mode marks each PDF page DRAFT for working review. Final mode removes the draft label and provides an unbranded document with company details, substantive provisions and signature spaces. How the free PDF generator protects your information
The fields stay in page memory while you work. There is no account, upload, database submission, email capture or browser-storage record of the entries. PDF generation runs locally. Loading the page, local fonts and scripts still makes ordinary website requests; those requests do not include your field values. Your browser and downloaded files remain under your control.
Clear entries when finished on a shared device. Support buttons open a general enquiry without copying your form information. A local PDF is not encrypted automatically; store it carefully and share it only through a channel appropriate for the contents.

Is the Final PDF free for commercial use?
Yes. Both Draft and Final PDFs are free for lawful personal and commercial business use. Final PDFs contain no Infinity Filer branding and require no attribution. See the free document tools license for the scope of permission.
What changes between Draft and Final?
Draft adds a DRAFT label to every PDF page. Final removes that label and produces a clean document for review and signing. Choosing Final does not sign, adopt, file or legally approve the document.
Are my company entries saved or available to crawlers?
No. Form entries are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded or stored by this tool. Search engines can read this public guidance; your generated document and form values are not public pages.
Will every bank or state accept this document?
Acceptance and legal effectiveness depend on the facts, applicable law, governing documents and required approvals. A recipient may require its own form. Read the tool scope and obtain qualified advice where needed.
