Ask the bank what it needs
Banks and financial providers have their own onboarding forms, identification checks and signatory requirements. Confirm whether they accept a general resolution before preparing one. A company, EIN and completed resolution do not guarantee an account. The provider controls acceptance and may ask for evidence of the business’s actual operations.
Identify the correct representative
Use the person’s legal name and confirm their authority under the operating agreement or an actual owner decision. Keep signatory permissions separate from ownership: an authorized signer is not automatically a member. Do not enter account numbers or identification documents in this general form.
Define the intended scope
This template limits the proposed authorization to ordinary account opening and administration subject to the bank’s requirements. Loans, guarantees, securities accounts and unusual payment powers require a separately reviewed decision. Read the final text and make sure its boundaries reflect the approval actually given.
Keep the approval and acceptance records
After review and signature, retain the resolution alongside the relevant governing documents and the bank’s accepted signatory records. If the signatory or company circumstances change, follow the bank’s update procedure rather than relying only on an amended internal PDF.
Draft or Final: choose the output you need
Draft mode marks each PDF page DRAFT for working review. Final mode removes the draft label and provides an unbranded document with company details, substantive provisions and signature spaces. Both modes are free for personal and commercial business use. Final describes the output format; it does not supply signatures, establish authority or guarantee legal effectiveness. Read the free document tools terms on this website before use.
How the free PDF generator protects your information
The fields stay in page memory while you work. There is no account, upload, database submission, email capture or browser-storage record of the entries. PDF generation runs locally. Loading the page, local fonts and scripts still makes ordinary website requests; those requests do not include your field values. Your browser and downloaded files remain under your control.
Clear entries when finished on a shared device. Support buttons open a general enquiry without copying your form information. A local PDF is not encrypted automatically; store it carefully and share it only through a channel appropriate for the contents.
Free document generator questions
Is the Final PDF free for commercial use?
Yes. Both Draft and Final PDFs are free for lawful personal and commercial business use. Final PDFs contain no Infinity Filer branding and require no attribution. See the free document tools license for the scope of permission.
What changes between Draft and Final?
Draft adds a DRAFT label to every PDF page. Final removes that label and produces a clean document for review and signing. Choosing Final does not sign, adopt, file or legally approve the document.
Are my company entries saved or available to crawlers?
No. Form entries are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded or stored by this tool. Search engines can read this public guidance; your generated document and form values are not public pages.
Will every bank or state accept this document?
Acceptance and legal effectiveness depend on the facts, applicable law, governing documents and required approvals. A recipient may require its own form. Read the tool scope and obtain qualified advice where needed.
