The full current breakdown appears below and in the builder. Address and phone prices cover a year; later renewals and work outside the agreed formation scope are separate. Identity-verification assistance is our service charge, not a statement that direct Companies House verification itself has a government fee.
Prepare the company and people information
Agree the company name, activities, directors, shareholders and other information required by the official registration process before the session. Use accurate details and check who must complete identity verification. Keep control of personal credentials and identity evidence. A preparation service should help follow the official process, not promise that missing information or verification requirements can be skipped.
Understand the incorporation documents
The handover includes the certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association within the applicable formation process. Compare the accepted name and company details with the information you approved. Retain the official files in a company-controlled location. These documents are different from later tax correspondence, banking approvals or merchant accounts, which should be tracked as separate outcomes.
Track authentication and tax correspondence
The package includes assistance with the Companies House authentication code, Corporation Tax activation code and UTR letter as applicable. They are issued or delivered through the relevant authorities’ processes, so they may not all arrive with the incorporation certificate. Keep a status list and confirm how address-service mail is monitored. Codes are sensitive; do not publish them or paste them into a general website enquiry.
Plan the responsibilities after formation
Record address and phone renewal terms, filing responsibilities and the steps still awaiting official correspondence. Banking, VAT-related work, ongoing tax services and additional filings are not automatically included simply because a company was formed. Ask support to identify the exact next task and price it separately where needed. The package builder allows related services in one enquiry while keeping the individual charges visible.
