Understand what the service covers

Infinity Filer’s Stripe Business service helps prepare and review a first merchant-account application. The service fee is separate from Stripe’s transaction charges, reserves, dispute costs or other provider fees. The application stays subject to Stripe’s own rules and review. Selecting the service means requesting preparation support, not purchasing an approved account or a promise that payments will be enabled.

Check our intake requirements

For this service, the client must have an LLC, an ITIN is preferred, and no previous Stripe application should have been made. These are Infinity Filer’s intake conditions, not a complete statement of Stripe’s eligibility rules. Tell support if an application already exists or was rejected. A new company name or email should not be used to conceal an earlier restriction or avoid a provider’s review.

Prepare a customer-facing business website

Review whether the site accurately explains products or services, prices, delivery, contact options and relevant customer policies. A visitor should understand what they are buying and how to get help. Ensure business descriptions match the proposed payment activity. Do not add invented reviews, misleading delivery promises or products the company does not actually supply merely to make an application look more complete.

Keep company, owner and payout details consistent

Prepare the company’s accepted documents and the information requested by Stripe through its own process. Be ready to explain the actual business location, people involved and intended sales activity. Do not substitute a mail-service address for a physical location where that would misstate the facts. Sensitive identity, banking and account data should go through the approved provider workflow, not into a public quote builder.

Plan for ongoing merchant responsibilities

An account application is the beginning of a payment relationship. The business still needs to handle fulfillment, refunds, disputes and any later verification request. Keep current contact details and monitor provider notices. If the activity or ownership changes, review the required update process. Ask support to distinguish first-application preparation from later account management or dispute work so the paid scope remains clear.

Your action checklist

  • Confirm your LLC and first-application status
  • Review actual products and customer policies
  • Prepare consistent business information
  • Retain control of account access
  • Understand provider fees and independent approval
