What happens in a live formation session?

Prepare before the call

Choose the business structure, have possible business names ready and collect the information required for the selected state. Confirm the session scope and a suitable time with our team. A stable internet connection and access to your own email and payment method help prevent interruptions.

Keep control of your application

The guided approach lets you follow the process on your own device. Review what is being submitted and what each charge covers. Avoid showing passwords, payment details or identification information through unnecessary screen sharing. The session does not eliminate information that an agency legitimately requires.

Separate submission from approval

A session helps with preparation and filing. State acceptance, EIN processing and third-party decisions may occur later. We do not promise that every external process finishes during a call. Keep submission references and copies of the relevant documents for follow-up.

Know the cost before booking

The $30 guidance fee is additional to the chosen formation package and official fees. Add it in the selector to see the combined amount. If your situation needs legal advice, specialist tax work or an unusual filing, agree the additional scope before starting.

Infinity Filer’s live guided formation service is $30 USD, additional to the formation package and official fees. Review what is included and excluded on the service page. If you select other services, the builder shows their separate charges. Quote-only items need confirmation and are not represented as free.

If you already have a formation package, check whether the requested work is included before adding it again. A specialized document or a different scope may require an upgrade quote. PKR payments include the stated 15% company conversion charge after the USD amount is converted.

For example, a standalone $10 service paid in USD remains $10. A PKR payment uses the current reference rate and then adds the 15% charge; a stale or unavailable rate requires confirmation. This payment example does not change the eligibility or work included in the service.
