Infinity Filer provides business formation services, including but not limited to LLC formation, C-Corp formation, trademark registration, tax filing, and related business services. Our signature Live Zoom LLC Formation service allows you to form your business directly on your own device with expert guidance. The specific services available are described on our website.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Maintain and update your information as needed;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Payment and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For our Live Formation service, a $30 fee is added to standard formation packages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infinity Filer or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Filer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Filer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
